53 N. Mascher St. Condos - My Experience And Two Cents
AKA- The Chocolate Factory Condos.... AKA 115-19 Cuthbert St. Condos, which are not to be confused with Chocolate Works which is 3 blocks north. I know the condos well because I have lived in Old City for 18 years...and within 50' of this building for 7 years. Sitting on the north east corner of Cuthbert and Mascher (even locals in Old City probably couldn't tell you where this junction of two small cobble stone streets meet), 53 N. Mascher was one of the first condo buildings to come to life in the Old City neighborhood. If memories serves me, it was a woman by the name of Flossie who developed the condos. A lot of original detailing with huge huge windows, exposed brick and beams really dominate the interiors. No two units are alike at 53 N. Mascher St. Condos as the floor plans are not homogeneous and a lot of folks in the condo building have done extensive remodeling. Most if not all units have parking and a few of the condos have private balconies/decks.
You don't get a quieter location in the boutique loft segment than you do at 53 N. Mascher. St./The Chocolate Factory Condos / 115-19 Cuthbert St.
