1352 is a seventy-two-unit contemporary, edgy building in terms of interior and exterior architecture-both are really one-of-a-kind in terms of newer construction here in Center City. 1352 offers a wide variety of floor plans. In my opinion, 1352 was a bit "Ahead of Its Time" for generally conservative Philadelphia buyers. Today it is widely accepted by the buying public as an option. (FYI- Much like Society Hill Towers back in the 1960s.) I think what most of my buyers find striking is the sheer scale of the units. End units are highly prized for the unmatched "wow factor." The third-floor units have huge covered balconies. The fifth floor is the penthouse level and offers a variety of floor plans. Every unit has its own HVAC and is controlled individually. Condo fees are reasonable, in comparison to many buildings. The building offers no amenities in terms of a gym, pool, or community room. A total of eighty-eight garage parking spaces are located on two levels, but not all units include a parking space.

Feedback From One of Our Buyers

Tom says: "We were shown a condo at 1352 Lofts and immediately knew it would be our home. We continue to love the clean, modern design with floor to ceiling windows, large kitchens, secure indoor parking, low condo fees, and individually metered utilities. The location is fantastic, and the area is undergoing rapid and exciting development. The upgrade to the halls is a wonderful addition, to say nothing of the many changes to the neighborhood."
