Front units designated with a "W" hold a more substantial value as they face Washington Square. The condos at 227 S. 6th St. are anything but cookie-cutter. Original details including some examples of exposed beams and brick. This Lippincott sits on the east side of Washington Square and is a boutique, mid-rise, pre-war styled, doorman building with parking. The Lippincott condos back up to Randolph Street, which provides parking spaces for the residents. The trifecta of Center City condo living for many area condo dwellers. The building has many corner units, and the windows are generally huge. I am struck by the variety in floor plans, layouts, and styles throughout the building. The rear of the building faces back toward St. James Court, a lovely set of stacked townhouse condos, and where cars enter and exit the garage.

The smallest unit in the building is 1600 sq ft.. and may reach well over 3000 sq. ft.  Since the building was only converted into condos and sold off in 2004 (many as raw space)- no two interiors are alike. Nada. Zip. Nil. A nice variety of floor plans and sized units add to the non-homogeneous feel of the 26 units in the building.

We sold a stunning home that faces Washington Square in The Lippincott, and the buyers are nothing short of delighted.
