I know the building well. I have lived at 315 New St. TWICE in my life. First in a one-bedroom, then a few years later into a two-bedroom. I gotta say... I love BridgeView Place condos...and have sold over a dozen units in the building over the years.

Five Fast Facts about Bridgeview Place Condos:

    1. Once had a roof deck off the lobby of the 7th floor
    2. Has two parking areas- both deeded- indoor and outdoor. Additional $25 per month condo fee for parking spaces (as of 2018)
    3. One of the few buildings in town with guest/short-term parking
    4. Originally sold in the late 1980s for "$500 down" (I bought one)
    5. Developed by Steven Solms at Historic Landmarks for Living in part due to the Historic tax credits that were available back in the 1980s.
    6. Bonus: This is the only building in Center City in which I have lived twice...moved in and out, then two years later did it again, except in a larger unit. I love this building!

My favorite units in the building are the "21" units- Southwest Corner with two bedrooms/two baths.
