The Station House Condos at 319-25 Race Street - My Experience And Two Cents:
Located in the Old City section of 19106, The Station House condos were developed from what was an old police station between 3rd and 4th streets. The condos are spread out between two buildings and offer a variety of layouts and floor plans. On-site parking and each unit has it's own washer/dryer. Ranging in size from 1050 sq ft up to 3300 sq ft and the condos at The Station House have a strong fit and finish. The quality of materials used was pretty good. This is a non-elevator building and has no pool, gym, or common roof deck- all which help to keep condo fees in check. Condos here are generally known to have good natural light, big bathrooms, great storage and open living room/dining room/kitchen areas.
