We have sold more condos at "1010" than any other real estate group in town- Our firm was the original listing agent for the property when it was converted from an extended stay hotel into condominiums. The condos "churn" at a pace of about a dozen condos per year and recent sales show the prices have recently ranged from $90k-$240k.
