I remember when the Coles house was a dump...I mean a real dump. A boarding house with a plethora of little rooms. Located on a quiet street in Washington Square West, 911 Clinton St. came up for sale around 2002 and sold to a developer who really and truly knew how to rehab and develop a condominium building. The quality of the finishes are evident from the curb and from the common areas. The condos at the Coles House are nothing short of stunning...and a variety of sizes and style. Some come with parking and a number of the condos have private terraces. A total of 13 condo units spread out over FOUR large townhouses-with sizes from 919 sq ft to the largest condo at 911 Clinton which is 2549 sq ft. True luxury brownstone living, and I would suggest the the Coles House is probably the premier Brownstone styled luxury condo building in Philadelphia- and resale prices as well as demand bear that fact out.

Interior finishes at the Coles House are nothing short of top-notch quality and finish. A great alternative to high rise living. The 9xx block of Clinton Street is equally appealing with brick sidewalks, gas lanterns and since Clinton St. is NOT a "Thru" street....it gets limited traffic. The setting is serene and peaceful in my opinion. No pool, no doorman, no gym etc.- which means the condo fees at 911-17 Clinton St. are moderate.

As you can see- Most of the interiors at The Coles House reflect high quality finishes and many offer fireplaces, high ceilings, mouldings- and really reflect a strong Pre-War flavor.
