The Chariot house condominiums sit between 2nd and 3rd Streets on Race. Flanked by new townhouses across the street and a proposed new high end residential development to the east- the location is perfect for those looking to get into the 19106 section of Old City at a reasonable price. All units in the building (8 total) are two bedroom condos and I believe all have parking- which is behind the condo building. This may sound silly- but the basement is large and super duper clean (which believe me..that is rare) and provides a good storage area for owners. The Chariot House Condos is a pet-friendly building and condo fees are reasonable as there is no gym or pool. This is an elevator building and the condo building houses just two units per floor. Many of the condos at 221-23 Race St. have gas fireplaces and open living room/dining room combinations. I think the location of these condos is perfect for those looking to get into the neighborhood at a reasonable price.
We recently sold a unit in the building and I think the buyer got a very good price!
