144-46 N. 3rd St. Condos- My Experience And Two Cents
I love these condos at 144-6 N. 3rd St. Located between Arch and Race Streets on 3rd- the condos were developed by Jan Rubin back in like 2005 and generally are around 1700 sq. ft. per public records (which of course is not to be relied upon). I have sold every one of the 3 residential units AT LEAST once. There also is a commercial condominium on the first floor of the development currently used as retail. All units have good sized storage areas in the basement. The 2nd floor unit covers the entire 2nd floor and is nothing short of super groovy. Has a nice deck out the back and is a two bedroom condo with nice finishes and a large open kitchen. The top two condos are bi-level and have great floor plans. Rental parking around the corner, and condo fees are reasonable as there is a lack of "common space" - no amenities like a pool, gym, etc. Rarely available for sale and the condos at 144-6 N. 3rd have a tendency to sell fairly quickly once they hit the market. Developed from two contiguous buildings (144 and 146 N. 3rd St.), the condos have a handsome facade and a neat little lobby. Well cared for and managed- buy 'em if you can find 'em!
I have sold all 3 residential condos in the building. One of them twice! :-)
