Two Liberty Condominiums - My Experience and Two Cents
Built originally as an office tower and is the third tallest building in Center City. Completed in 1990, the condominium portion of the building covers floors approximately 20 floors. The condos at Two Liberty include Five star hotel amenities include: Doorman, concierge, owner's club, media center, fitness center, yoga studio, endless pool, personal trainers, massage, men's/woman's locker rooms with sauna/steam rooms, pet spa, chauffeured Mercedes town-car, room service and maid service. Valet parking available. There is always someone at the front desk in addition to someone at the front door to help with packages, calling cabs, etc. The views are honestly the best in town- really exceptional. Know that no windows in the units or the building open- filtered air is supplied to the HVAC units. Many of the condos at Two Liberty are corner units which are really groovy. The building is being reintroduced to the market via Carl Dranoff and his company is going to list the remaining inventory and perhaps some new space that has yet to be developed. Condo fees cover insurance, doormen, water/sewer and management and gym. Know that there is a full half floor designated for amenities- from the gym to the endless pool, board room, clubhouse room...on and on.
I have sold a few condos in the building and think there really is nothing as comparable as the floor height (units here start on the 40th floor and go up from there) - really striking!
