The Beaumont Condos at 110-12 S. Front St. - My Experience and Two Cents

Twelve units total- one per floor. Except the 3rd floor which has been cut into two units (the back half of the 3rd floor was bought by the 4th floor..that is the only bi-level condo in the building besides the penthouse). The rooms are large, the kitchen are enormous and the elevator opens directly into the foyer of each condo. Mid to upper floors have stunning views of the Delaware river and all units have parking. A virtual doorman for security and the building keeps fees reasonable by ridding itself of amenities like a pool or a gym. The building is relatively quiet and has very little common area beyond the foyer. Each condo at 110-12 S. Front St. has it's own HVAC system, hot water tank and a trash chute inside the large washer/dryer utility closet.
One thing my buyers always comment on is the fact that each unit has two balconies and the bedrooms are situated in the rear of the building- down a fairly long hallway from the living areas. Great light in the floor to ceiling windows in living and dining areas at the Beaumont Condominiums as well as nice ceiling height.
